There is none this season, if you finish bottom of the pile you'll get relegated.

| Quote ="Keiththered"Of course you want to introduce irrelevant points. What does losing 13 games in a row have to do with anything when 8 of those defeats were in a competition that we did not take part in? Calling a view drivel says more about you than about my previous post. My view may be different to yours but you can only resort to insults. If the defeat does not affect you why are you getting so uptight? You are a strange supporter if your club is quite heavily defeated, apparently does not play well and you are not really affected.'"
Its not your view though is it Keith? Your just fishing and nothing more, thats why your post gets no respect. I can also call things irrelevant too without coming up with constructive points, I'd rather contribute though.
I'm not uptight at all, im not a strange supporter either they is many things in life which wind me up but my team losing is not one of them. I'm more concerned about the welfare of my daughter or paying my mortgage. There is more to life then Rugby League.

Sorry I questioned your previous posts. I did not realise you are a mind reader and really know what other people are thinking and the reasons for their actions. You daughter is very lucky to have you for a dad. I’ll condider getting your insight before posting. I want to know if what I’m saying is what I really think or whether I’m just fishing.
Incidentally loving your daughter and paying your mortgage does not exclude you from being sad/angry or any other feeling when your team loses. It’s very normal to have a reaction to a result whether good of bad.

Mate people say rubbish like that when they are running out of excuses - neither Warrington or Saints are light years ahead, what a load of crap. We and Leeds should have beaten Saints, they have ridden their luck and it will run out as it did last year.
People who come out with these statements after 6 games are pathetic - the season ends in September and as you say Saints and Warrington won nowt whilst a generally woefull Wigan and Catalan won the prize - odd how some never learn the lessons of history.

People that come out with ill-informed and just plain incorrect statements on the homeless and poverty, like yours on the wakey forum, are far more pathetic!
Please don't reply, your opinion has been shown to be worthless.

Unfortunately comes as no great surprise , our consistency as been terrible for seasons now, we don't seem to have a 7 out of 10 performance in us, its either a 3 or 4 or 9-10 performance, I think it the main area Radford as struggled with

Are you completely ignoring injuries and sin binnings?
We lost, one game, as much as I don't like to agree with vastman, nobody wins anything in March.

No I agree, its one match and I'm not panicking , just not overly optimistic that we will ever get the consistency required, really frustrating after putting in a string of good performances

| I find it strange that in many home games in recent seasons, teams come to the kc with very few supporters, but seem to be really pumped up,yet hull cant seem to raise their game to match the home support.for whatever reason we cant seem to make the kc a fortress.ive also heard that some fc players prefer playing away.

| On Saints and Wire based on the first few weeks it looks good for them but it appears every team in SL is capable of a shocker, its just a matter of time before it happens. Saints had theirs at the wrong time last year - though there were a few mitigating factors like Barba clocking off.
As for Hull I think you'll be in the playoff mix at the end, will that be good enough to win anything? Who knows in knockout rugby.

But you are looking at it the wrong way. The big prize is the GF, every team knows that before a ball is kicked. The 30 regular season games are all about getting well positioned and managing your resources so that you can have the best shot at reaching and winning the GF. It doesn't matter who is best after 30 games, it's just qualifying. Cas might have finished first in 2017, but they clearly weren't the best team, they proved that when push came to shove.
You may disagree with the system and think it should be most points after 30 rounds wins. If they did that then teams priorities would change towards being consistent week in week out. But in the current system the best team is the one that gets to the final and performs on the day.
In the 2012 Olympic 100m Usain Bolt was 9th fastest in the qualifiers and 3rd in the semis. When it mattered he turned it on and ran a world record. I don't hear anyone suggesting that Justin Gatlin was the true champion because he was more consistent throughout the competition.

Zucchini is an American English word for Courgette or marrow. A Golden Zucchini is typically orange/yellow. Those pesky Yanks.

In Australia this vegetable is widely known as a zucchini shortened to zuc (pronounced zook). Courgette would not be known to the average Aussie. Bought some zucs this morning!
