Just back from todays game and what great support you brought with you. The attendance was 4,661 and you had the bigger numbers and most vociferous, made it a cracking atmosphere as you always do.
Nothing between the teams whatsoever, but you won the battle of the terraces hands down. Good luck for the season.

I think it works both ways. If I'm checking results, besides Cas' score, the obvious second team to look for is Hull. There seems to be a mutual respect between our clubs, for some reason.

From a personal point of view,all the memmories i have of BIG games against Cas we've always won,the challenge cup semi's in the 80's being a couple of examples, so i think that clouds the thoughts for me. But i will say what a great club and to me,the epitomy of rugby league in Yorkshire,Proper family club in the heartland of the game and something to be proud of. |
