Back to some SL talk. Where would you place teams this year? My prediction is:

1- Saints- Great coach, good blend of old and youth
2- Warrington- They fix the salary cap so no surprises where they will be
3- Wigan- Same as above but will struggle without key players
4- Leeds- If key players old players stay injury free that is. (Without Sinfield they will collapse)
5- Hull- Depends how new signings go and injuries. Could finish above Leeds. A few points or PD may decide
6- Catalan- Frogs!
7- Bradford- Things looking rosier. If they get decent support like Bratfud around 10 years ago they may be solid at home
8- Huddersfield- May even get knocked out of top 8, depends how well PA does with them. Didn't react well last year though.

Hard to predict where the rest will finish. Widnes have recruited well and should imagine to do better this year. Wakefield IMO over achieved and will sit around 10th. Hull KR to be around the top 8 (Poor start, Sandycock gets sacked and then they do a tad better), Salford to finish wooden spoon with London becoming better with Rae back at the helm!

I keep changing my mind after the top 3 places but cant see past wire , st.s and wigan

Why not give us a prediction where your Poundland team will finish?, will you even see the season out?

League predictions are a bit difficult just yet as a lot of teams don't seem to have started recruiting yet.

Poundland's profits are through the roof, you need to think of a better analogy. Hull Kingston Comet?

I'd have Hkr to finish 7th.

They lack a bit of depth but their starting 17 isn't to shabby, there's a ton of tries in their backs. Both for and against.

I predict we will have more rumour threads compared to number of wins London get

London have a good squad and now a good coach, they finished last season well when Powell went.

I have us 5th or 6th, rovers 7th or 8th. if they don't have a bad season with injuries I think they'll do OK. burns is the best overseas signing made by any club this year (ignoring ellis who is British and manu who was already here before any pedants pick me up)

As things stand we're [uvery[/u short of depth. If we bring in one or two more we might sneak into the 8, but given that we'd be unlikely to do very much in the play-offs developing some depth is maybe the bigger priority next year.

I'd put Hull about 5th, with your squad as it is.

I'd agree with that, if we mange to get a half of any talent i'd put us higher.

Don't get the fuss with Bradford think they'll struggle.

You should be at least knocking on the door of top 4 and with abit of luck we'll make the 8.

Our 17 is okish at the minute, hopefully at least another 2-3 signings to come as we've just got inexperienced kids who can fit in for a couple of games here and there but I doubt they've got a sustained spell of rugby in them just yet
