Quote Opponent reacts at the closing stages of the tackle. Opponent has arm around the neck/head area of player. Reported immediately to the referee. Footage inconclusive. Referred for further investigation. No additional evidence submitted. Referee and touch judge observe no red marks/bite marks on field. Player has pressure applied to back of head/neck. Other defender falls on to groin area which may cause an additional ‘jolt’ forward – not of a biting motion.'"
