Quote ="Munshkin"It's interesting to note that the article has us under "Cheapest days out at other live events". It doesn't say we're expensive at all, just that some days out for football compares favourably with the other examples they provide.
At least we're not Arsenal who appear to be asking £100 a ticket. Some mistake surely.'"
You are missing the point of the article. Its to compare the most expensive and least expensive ticket prices at Premier league football clubs. Arsenals most expensive tickets are £100. This is for their "headline" games (Man Utd, Liverpool, Spurs, Chelsea, West Ham) and its for a percentage of the available seats after season ticket holders seats (approx 40000) and the away allocation (3000). Of the spare 17000 seats they are split roughly equally into their price bandings. This would mean there would be approx 4250 seats for 5 matches a season at £100.
