Just a quick question, were coming for the Wigan game Friday and was wondering if any of you guys can advise on any pubs/restaurants within walking distance of the stadium, doesn't have to be anything fancy, pub grub will do? Any info would be much appreciated. Cheers.

If they are coming down Clive Sullivan then head onto St Andrews for a few restaurants and a pub that does grub. Mac d's Frankie & Bennys and a few more as i recall.

There is also a pizza hut and sail makers pub which does 2 for £10 on some meals.

Avenue pub on Chanterlands avenue, 10 minute walk to the ground...
Great food, nicely priced and cheap booze too.
