As i have said before, it isn't rocket science. Speak slowly don't shout it really isn't necessary, decide what you are going to say before you say it, when reading out the team sheet have a look at it first before trying it out on the crowd, respect the microphone it's there for a purpose (it means you don't have to screech) you are talking to a rugby league crowd not the audience for a commercial station breakfast show.
Given a little advice and training she would probably be ok, unfortunately she is symptomatic of the club at the moment, they know what they want but always employ the wrong people to do it.
