Should never have been allowed to leave. Sadly needed another halfback for most of last season. Rocky could have been that man.

A lot of us care if he had stayed with us we would not be in the Championship .He as got speed and is far better than any half we got now. Or last season Gale as lost is speed and and is no way near the player he was, Rocky is S L standed

Big Rocky fan but that’s a stretch. Primarily down to the coach we went down.

Stronger reserves team than Keighley first team

Always gave his all for us, and played from his heart.

Just my opinion, but better than Lino.

Shame hes no longer with the club.

Golden boot finalist and Man of Steel ahead of him last year no shame in playing reserves behind that especially when you consider the injury he was coming back from.

I think he is likely to get more game time at Wigan next year, he starts the season as backup should Wigan get an injury in the halves or at fullback.

If he isn’t playing first team hopeful he gets a run of games at Trinity as part of the duel reg.

He’s clearly way too good to be playing reserve rugby.

No there is no shame behind those two but that's the whole poibt . At no time in his career has he been a number one choice , even at trinity. Our league is not awash with half's, full backs so whilst i think he his a decent player there must be other issues as to why any coach in all these years has not taken a punt on him to be number 1 in one of the positions.

Wakefield lad and a passionate person... gifted with great speed and clever feet... only thing lacking from his game is a top class ball playing and passing brain... so; great winger and fullback... less effective in the halves.

hope he goes well for the goons but half expect him to feature at some time back in the RWB during 24.

Have a feeling we will see both Rocky and Eseh back in the RWB next season as they have some serious quality ahead of them at the club whilst waiting for injuries to bite to get a starting spot ,squad no 23 &25 respectively

Watching Lino at times, his passing isn't the best either.

please be factual if your going to state things, il just put you straight old lad. In 2019 he was Chesters first choice full back wearing the number 1 shirt a season where he was top tryscorer with 14, joint top assist and high up on the metres chart and second highest point scorer. He was also radfords first choice at cas till is acl went with 4 mom. Come on foggy let's deal in facts not fiction, you make yourself look silly. Are you treating me to Chinese at the first game or will you be picking your wife up from Club.

Fact is that he will be 29 before end of year and ok had one season ar no 1 and 5 games at cas so has had aplenty of time to be a first choice somewhere. Like I say he his a decent player and played well for Wakefield at fullback especially under the high ball. Still think there are other issues as to why he never made a permanent spot his own anywhere. Also who the hell is foggy, certainly not me FACT , so take it Chinese will be on you

At the end of the day SL is SL, so you can't blame him, unfair though it is if you drop into the Championship you risk getting typecast, especially if that team fails to get promoted. Like all players he needs to keep his value as high as possible, he's still got a few years left.

Also played under Powell I think, and didn't feature hugely, and at the end of the day it's Powells vision of the squad that counts.

Personally think he'd absolutely rip it up in the Championship, especially at FB. If he doesn't cement a place at Wigan he may come here on loan, especially useful for us at the end of the season the we may need pepping up.

Personally, I hope he finally crack it at Wigan.

I don't doubt his ability and this is not about trinity , we have not been interested in re signing him as Ellis said we only missed out on one player and he was from London. My opinion is that issue was off the field and probably down to money or poor advise. He was always the last to sign and even now late ar Wigan.

There is no doubt he's a good player and an outstanding athlete but people have to get used to the fact he isn't a Wakefield player.
The team and owners have all changed since his day.
If he comes to us it's a new signing, not a coming home. He'll be judged on his individual talent, not that he once played at Wakefield.
But equally, and probably more important, he'll judge a move to us in the same way. Its his job. Whether he has connections with Trinity through family or not, Wigan is a much better job for him right now.
