Seems a trophy/cup has been bought at auction & returned to Trinity re won in 1890@at Warrington.
Which player it was awarded to, a wakey player I am not sure but Matt Ellis has received it with thanks & is well pleased with the heritage.

It was presented to the team when they beat Warrington in an exhibition game in London back in 1908. Wasn't it the 1st RL under floodlights??
