Fifita improves us instantly even if he takes a few weeks to get upto speed. He has that punch and post contact metres we’ve so desperately missed.

How anyone can suggest this is anything but an improvement and a positive is beyond me. There is no negative to this news. It may be short term but it’s probably the best short term move the club had available.

I can’t wait to see him back in trinity colours for rest of the season. I hope all the players galvanise and look to have a good second half to the season. A couple of wins and things will look much better.

What's to know.

1. Get as many family members as possible onto the payroll.
2. Buy everything on long term tick.
3 a. Get full control of any assets.

It is quite a diverse industry in sport, and rugby league with its salary cap, certainly is.

Employing family members doesn't always work, and personally, I'm a big believer in working to people's strength.

There is such as engaging with the local emergency services for mstchday requirements, and also stewarding requirements for one.

You also need a good understanding of the salary cap, and the rules within it, and how you can manipulate it, within the rules to the.clubs benefit. While on the subject of players, you'll need to know the inns an outs as to how player agents work, and how you can get them to work to the benefit of the club.

You also need to know what works regarding ticketng and merchandise. Are prices set too high, do some things in the shop not sell at all, or even sell out too quick.

One final way as to how this industry differs, in most industries, you pay for goods or a service afterwards, with this everything is upfront
