Quite remarkable really - pretty much our first choice squad at home to Hull and have absolutely no belief In a win.

Sadly I agree. I don’t think I’ve ever written a team off before a game like I have this. I think it’s based more on a feeling than on actual performances. I’ve seen far worse teams at BV but none I believed in less.

To turn the result in to a win would be a remarkable.
I never say never but a totally different attitude will be required by the full squad and a specific game plan., must match them in every position.

The whole club is currently engulfed in negativity which unfortunately is impacting many supporters. I know one who went to every game home and away including France but could not face the trip to Headingley. It is when you lose these type of supporters you know we have problems.

Thank goodness you recognise it and try and stop people making it worse.

As you say there are quite a few subdued supporters on here at the moment mainly due to unfounded rumours and mischief making added to by the immediate lack news regarding player recruitment and the lack of form, but can you assist me by pointing out any negativity engulfing the club from inside the club itself including Directors, coaching staff, and players, I know you'll be wishing them all well and no doubt you'll be there on Sunday hopefully cheering them on giving them your full support as per usual

You answered your own questions don’t you think and you can add the total lack of marketing. I will decide if I can be bothered on Sunday to attend much like the team at the moment.

Personally, I'd start by giving someone the job of bullying Jake Connor. He's a fantastic player but can also be a real liability if you can get him wound up. If we let him play his game then he'll murder us single-handedly IMO so I'd be looking to force him into that negative head space we all know he has got.

With three SL wins this season I guess what you are saying is they are bothered but just not good enough or badly coached, which do you think is the case or is everything perfect.

I've see nothing in the last few matches to suggest Hull won't get another over us.
Rugby League is a very simple game. We have a knack, and have had for years, regardless of personnel, of making it very difficult.
It's very easy to think the players don't care, when they stand back from the opposition, and don't run up to them when defending. It's also easy to think that when players, virtually standing still, are passed the ball, or when we don't have a clue when near the opposition line. It's also frustrating to see constant penalties for stupid errors piggy back the opposition upfield. Knock ons are every other set, and generally there's a lot to smarten up before Sunday before I even give us a chance of winning.

What I don't understand is why you don't see that you are part of that negativity.
I'm not saying everything is great. Far from it. But when I read your post I feel like it implies you don't think it is good that the club is engulfed in negativity and that it's not good that it's affecting the fans .........but every post you put on here seems to revel in it and only exacerbate the issue.
Don't get it at all.

I actually feel sorry for supporter like you who are not willing to accept the state we are in. I don’t revel in the negativity just reality that we are now going through our 4th year of poor results and performances. I am sad that we are sleep walking into relegation and doing nothing about it. We have seen the squad run down with signings based on economics rather than improvement, with many being shipped out to other clubs.
If you think positive thought will save us I wish you luck. If we are going to win then based on the squad announced with the exception of TJ this is the best available but yet few believe even Vastman that we will win, I think that is very enlightening.

You implied that the players aren't bothered ie not giving their all, lacking effort, which is blatantly untrue.
As to the reasons for our performance, I'll leave that to you as you seem to have all the answers, usually negative ones.

Will not be there away on holls for two week .Can see were some of the fans are coming from .about the way we lose matches .Different attitude from me i have stopped watching all S L T V match The pundits seam to be loving it that we are struggling ,we seem to be talked about all the time and it is always negative .So from now on I will just watch Wakefield at home and away when I can get .Just hope we can pull of a win on Sunday and shut a lot of people up

Saints are unfortunately more perfect than us more of the time.

You've completely missed my point.
You implied that the negativity is a bad thing but only ever promote that negativity.
Some on here are just vultures who only ever post when things go wrong. I don't get that from you, which is why I don't understand the 100% focus on drawing a negative conclusion on every single thing you see at the club.

I can clearly see that a lot of things are not working for us right now, but I don't see anything wrong with looking for signs of improvement.

Hoping rather than expecting for a turn around in form and gaining a close win over the Airlie Birds .Meeting their props head on and unsettling Conner for me are the keys to this game ,whether that’s attainable is altogether another matter but well within our capabilities if the effort and attitude is to the fore . We could take a leaf out of the rhinos book albeit against a poor wires ,and get the ball moving around instead of the one man plays , yes there will be dropped balls and mistakes ,but they have got to start moving the ball around as we are too easily defended against ,and teams have got us down to 5 drives and a Hail Mary which isn’t going to worry the majority of defences .Hull whilst not nearly as bad as us of late , have those demons that rear their head from time to time and turn a formidable opponent on paper into a team of mistake ridden amateurs , I’m hoping tomorrow is one of those days ,and if not a win for us a resounding improvement in all aspects of our game . And this for me would constitute a step in the right direction and a welcome one at that .

So what the hell is up with TJ now? I was lead to believe his injury was minor and due back after the break.
