Marcus Griffiths yes we have, given the choice I'd certainly prefer him to a few others.

This will be the first time in years that we won't be attending a home match when we easily could. Our neighbour's have organised a Jubilee street party so we are staying home and going to the party instead :-
1) Out of respect for our neighbour's
2) There is more likelihood of us actually enjoying our Sunday afternoon.

I am sure I will regret it if we win, but won't if we don't !!

Luckily (or not) my jubilee party is Saturday.
I'll be there and with some Hull family members. It's going to be a long day if we don't put up a decent performance.

I too am confused. Have an invite to a Jubilee party and can’t believe I am tempted to go.
Really sad that it’s come to this, maybe go, and leave at half time if it’s a gonner.

Maybe Trinity have missed a trick here.
As the self proclaimed Red, White & Blue army, there was a chance to "up sell" the game.

One thing for sure, there will be one hell of a party at BV should the unthinkable happen and Trinity manage a win

Just listened to WP on trinity tv, Tom out still injured, Kay doubtful injured in training, Bill not ready yet, Kershaw nearly there, backs to the wall again.

What backs..??....they're all injured




I have a horrible feeling that they have put Tom on "gardening-leave" and that we have already seen him play his last game in the red, white and blue

So what do we think the squad will be - what’s the best we can put out?

I’ve thought the same for a couple of weeks now. I just wish Tom and Catalans would be honest and confirm the transfer, it’s more a pity the haven’t taken Tom mid season and paid a transfer fee.

That is too easy and involves marketing which is not one of our strong points.

We may not want to upset our existing supporters by admitting our ambitions for next season and any transfer fee would be minimal. They may be paying his salary subject to him not playing, anything is possible but we will never know unless he does not play again this season for us. It was strange that the week of his mystery groin injury was the same week it was rumoured he had signed for Catalan.

I may be miles off, but just starting to get the wiff of something not quite right. Tom has been a great player and his type dont come around that often. However, the club have also really stuck by him over some lengthy lay offs. I just hope there is not other factors at play and he dosnt part company on a sour note.

I understand Tom is injured as reported

I think a more immediate problem is that Liam Kay will not be playing on Sunday due to a ankle injury in training. The one player who can cover alternate positions competently within the team is missing.

Don’t see an issue to be honest. Hood is available and Bowes had a stormer in reserves last week.

Murphy and lineham on wings.

can’t see much difference to the team we’ve been putting out in most games. Murphy and lineham will be our starting wingers if we stay up and Lynne and hall will be our starting centres. Johnson is a big loss and he has when playing been instrumental in our wins, however he plays so infrequently am not sure you can call him a starting winger, more of a cameo player this season.

Bigger issue has been our total inability to create anything near the line, and when fafita isn’t playing our forwards can’t break a paper bag

Simple game plan for me , stop their props and wind Connor up, easier said than done I suppose but obviously it will be easier to wind Connor up than to stop those two juggernauts from gaining the front foot .Time to man up and get stuck in .If we don’t stop their momentum it will be a long afternoon at the office ,and Connor will have a field day .

It's a pity we can't negotiate a deal to release both Tom and bill now and get someone else in

Connor will no doubt be doing what he did last time and running behind play out wide to the centre and delaying a pass till he hits the line and draws defenders in. We need to be absolutely ready for his plays on the edges.

I’d rather us not concentrate on winding him up and us concentrate on breaking Hull down and shipping some points.

It will be interesting to see if TJ gains fitness for the international against England. If so we just have to hope he doesn’t pick up another injury after this game.
