Right age, right size and enough experience not to be a total novice. Hopefully a late developer, bit like Arundel was when we got him. And before the Arundel love on brigade get started his signing was castigated at the time, Injury prone Cas reject.

For me and 90% of other Trinity fans, if true welcome on board, as for the others well best of luck on that one.

Think I'll believe this signing (which seems ok to me) and the Aussie prop, when they're officially announced!

Can’t say I recall seeing him play, but if we’re being honest any signing in that position was only ever going to be cover. He’s got plenty of first team experience and at an age where he’ll need to perform if he stands any chance of furthering his career in SL.

If its true its not the worse he will be coming to prove himself and that can only begoodforus...hope we announce some signings soon i need a pick me up currently really struggling with covid

Some of the tries he scored in the YouTube clips were similar to what Tommy Johnstone has scored for us. Out jumping the opposition to score in the corner and beating the opposition for pace along the touchline. He could turn out to be an astute signing, someone has been keeping an eye on him.

Supposedly more a centre than a winger but looks very accomplished out wide. Obviously, on these highlight videos, you see the best, his defence might be shocking but you'd assume the caching staff check that out.

I've watched a few highlights now.
You can't doubt he's got speed and try scoring ability.

I'd be happy with him at the club.

To be fair Vastman, Tommy's defence is not the best and he's done OK for us.

Think you've missed the point a bit.

What I'm saying is that you rarely see defensive highlights on these videos, so we don't know if he can defend, I have no idea myself, he could be brilliant.

Also don't agree about TJ, sorry but I think his defence is fine, it's a bit of a myth built up IMHO, tall poppy syndrome. His defence is not what sets him apart obviously but it's always been fit for purpose.

Good luck to the lad and lets hope that he turns out to be the next Reece Lyne, another great signing from Hull.
