Don’t know, can get cold in some parts of NZ in winter but don’t know if that includes Auckland. Lucky it want last week that would have blown his mind

I lived just outside of Auckland for just under 3 years, I can never really say it was cold IMO but a lot of people walked around in hats and scarfs when it was 10/12 degrees so I reckon it`s a bit of a shock to the system when they experience our winter temps

Plenty of rain though. I think the further south you go, the harsher the weather gets.

At least he'll have "summer rugby" to look forward to, it might into double figures celsius when we get into the height of summer

I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do.
Without trying to put too much pressure on him I think the team will make a massive leap forward if we can sort out our organisation on field.

Like everything its as much to do with whether he fits. I don't think his ability level is in doubt, there is enough evidence that he can play, 34 NRL games is more than most SL SH's would manage. If he gels we probably have a top SL HB on our hands, if he doesn't he will pretty much bomb regardless of ability. That applies to all players TBF.
