Huddersfield on Thursday 19.45 ko and then KR on Sunday at 2.0.
It's safe to say that if we dont get something out of at least one of these games (especially KR), we will be getting the wooden spoon.
2 games in 4 days is a real test on player resources and for the coaching staff.
Not much time for training and working on any plans, it will be trying to recover to go again.

We should be getting players back but that seems to have no effect whatsoever these days.

Sad, but have almost lost interest knowing that generally we are poop for a period where we soak in 20 plus points then have to listen to the usual after match drivel.

However, since lockdown, we have had 2 games (1 v Shudds and 1 v FC), with the rest being against top 4 contenders.
I know there aren't any easy games but, the next 2 are easier (in theory).
The real worry is that we've played (and lost) 9 games since the restart and I'm not sure if anyone, including the coach, knows who our best HB pairing are and who we should be playing at #9.
With fixtures coming thicker and faster now, team selection is even more critical.

Maybe that's to our advantage??? Hull KR have the same turnaround, the difference is that they may ordinarily do some planning and work on opposition weaknesses, whereas we don't look like we do that anyway so their prep might be more affected than ours.

Josh Woods is an excellent defender, heart of a Lion, love his attitude. No player except Nigel Bell, Bill Ashurst, Trevor Skerett, John Burke and Keith Smith are / were perfect. Josh Woods problem is that his pass is poor and that is not something you want from your hooker. His pass is slow and when you are up against a determined defense like Saints last week it really puts first receiver under the cosh. Josh Woods should play at 13.

Cas v Hull KR could give Rovers a 6 point gap over us. Bit of a three cornered fight between we 3 to decide who is the eist.

A two horse "race" and we are winning this one easily

Following the recent media spats, I can’t see any improved performances. This is the first time in watching Trin have I seen the club as divided.

Yet Ashursts last two performances have probably been his best of the season. Strange that.

Whatever they are doing at the club they are doing it wrong. It's pretty much every week.
