Forgive me if this query has been brought up elsewhere, but can someone tell me whether The Trinity (or any other squad) are entitled to having 80% of their wages paid by the Government? If they are, then surely this would provide considerable belief that we may pull through this crisis financially viable.

No reason why they shouldn't, other businesses are making use of this mechanism, why can't sports clubs. I think I've even seen Premier League clubs looking at this option.

A relative has just been furloughed. It's where there's no work for you (due to current events in this case). You're not been made redundant. Government pay 80% of your wages for up to 12 months.
