Having been a subscriber to TTV from the beginning, I have enjoyed the recording of our games. I have only one criticism to make, and I say this with a view it will improve the viewers enjoyment for the future.The atmosphere against London last Friday was fantastic at BV, unfortunately, this is not apparent on Trinity TV. For any games.The only voices you hear are TC and usually the coaching staff. Surely, in this day and age a couple of microphones could be placed one in the north Stand one in East Stand. Watching the London game on tv was really flat, lets have some atmospheric noise on the recording from next season.

I think it's because they tape from the other end, so the camera mic doesn't pick it up, not sure how easy the extra mic is, you probably need a lot more kit and expertise than we have. That said I'm sure Trinity TV will improve as it grows, early days.

I'm sure when it started it was promised you'd be able to watch a 'side on' view or stick with end on. As someone who watches live from the North Stand I'd prefer to watch it back side on.

I think the answer might be in your question Dunkirk, I would have a guess that it’s because they stand with the coaching staff and if real noise was recorded it would pick up everything they say and at times I’m sure it wouldn’t be for the faint hearted, that’s my take on it.

I think I'd rather listen to TC. No offence to those in the North stand.

I don’t have a problem with TC commentary, I find a watching a game is better with crowd atmosphere, as long as there’s no drum or cowbells

I'm with you PT I stand in the North Stand and sometimes I wish I could only listen to TC.

I really like TTV but for me there are 2 things that spoil it slightly..One is the lack of sound as mentioned by previous posters and the other is the commentary by Terry Crookes.Terry missed a match a while back and although I didn't know who the stand-in was I thought it came over much better and more professional.Just my opinion.

I'm not yet 30 and I love TC, I'm actually sick and tired of every voice you hear having barely broken. TC is as sharp as a tack and tbf he's only a part timer. The other guy was fine but had nothing like TC's personality and warmth. TC forever for me.

Agree with all that is said, however, I don't like how the filming stops at the whistle, I always like to see all the players reactions & interactions of both sides. So why, why on earth we cannot run the filming + part zooming in for a further 5 minutes at full time, those that are not interested can turn off !

I enjoy both TC and Conor doing the commentaries.

I must admit this disappoints me. The rapport between our players and fans particularly at the end of HKR away game was amazing, filming should have continued a few minutes longer. There may be a perfectly good reason why filming has to stop when the whistle blows, but it would be nice to see fans and players come together end of game.

I subscribed this season and have used it to watch the games I haven't been able to make in person. The benefit here is that you can get to see all the matches for the whole season. This however caused an issue which hampered my enjoyment a little/lot. If I knew I couldn't get to a game I'd try to avoid the score and then watch it 24 hours + later on Trinity TV, as if watching it live, not knowing the score and feeling the adrenaline as if it was match day. However this plan will never work. Trinity TV rapidly post videos such as post match interviews with give away titles such as "Chester reacts to defeat/win over X team" etc. I messaged the club via the website to explain this and asked if video titles could not give away the result. I received no reply. Then the very next match which I couldn't make was HUll KR, so what happens? Well Trinity TV post the match video with a video title of the final score!!! Was this deliberate to take away some of the edge from people who were anxious to see one of our biggest matches of the season?

Hopefully if Daddy Cool is reading this he can have a word and make a change to video titles for next season?

Very hard if nigh on impossible in this day and age to keep the score secret for a few hrs never mind 24. Win or lose my phone gets a steady stream of messages throughout the game. Tried the not knowing approach on a few occasions but gave it up as a bad job, as short of being a hermit someone is going to spoil your day with the score .

I would think that could be done fairly easily by splitting the opening menu into latest game, previous games, interviews etc.

My lad had this problem whilst working in Gibraltar. Social media wasn't a problem to avoid, but Trin TV headlines spoilt his anticipation of the game. He got round the problem by getting his other half to set it up for him. This does have a flaw if your other half follows Trinity though.

You can switch off notifications on your phone. If I don't want to know the score I can make efforts to avoid it and tell people who I know are following the game not to tell me the score. It was ruined once when I was sat in the conservatory with a window open and I overheard my neighbours talking about the rugby results and I don't even live in Wakefield anymore.

I still stand by my point, the titles of the videos should not give the result away as it ruins the experience for those who try to avoid the score. For those who do know the score then the video title is neither here nor there in terms of their Trinity TV experience.

Doesn't help much when they show the tries on the big screen whilst not wanting to know the scores

I see what you're saying, however in all honesty you represent a very small number of people who watch Trinity TV who don't know the scores already. Views for videos on there are usually only in the couple of hundreds anyway. That being said, easy for whoever uploads the videos to add some context in the title without giving the result away - then everyone's happy I guess
