Didn't someone say that looking on his company website that he appears to have his fingers in a lot of pies, and us involved in just about everything apart from a sports club.

Maybe looking at it on a controversial slant, could doing this be the only way that BV could be developed for us to benefit from

For those of us not on Facebook, what exactly are Backstage Academy allegedly offering to Trinity shareholders ??

I heard this rumour on Sunday evening, according to rumours Backstage academy want to buy CB and MC out.

Don't know anything about them, and, if true, why would they want to do that ??

Are any of them, whoever they may be, actual Trinity fans ??

I think that we are all agreed that since the dynamic duo came in, this club has been at it's most stable and productive for the best part of 50 years

Can't answer any of your questions there FIL it was a ten o'clock conversation. The only link I can think of was that I'd read somewhere that Backstage academy wanted to build student accommodation in Wakefield and Manni had that built into his comedy layout for the newly refurbished Belle vue.

Manni has just had some student accommodation units built on Thornes Lane.

It's close to the sharp bend near where the road down to The Jolly Sailor pub used to be. You can't miss them, as the window frames are all brightly coloured

I know you say this in jest but the reason why all signings are denied is because there are occasions when gentleman's agreements are made and then they don't sign. So untill they've put pen to paper it's a non runner. Literally can change overnight!

Manni isn't a shareholder per companies house, although he is a director. Looking at the accounts to 31 Dec that are publically available, I don't think they make enough money or have enough cash to take over a (presumably loss making) rugby club..

Wasn't the phrase something like "If I havent got a £1, I wont spend a £1" or something like that. With that in mind, plus lower cap spend, I wouldn't think we would be making a loss, or at least not a significant one.

James Elston said that when Andrew Glover took over, unfortunately they didn't have a £1 but spent £3.
