| I know in the past you have been asked to share with Cas.
Can you tell us if the council have ever suggested you share with Cas.
Seeing as they say it is a community stadium and Cas are allowed to buy it for a £1.
Have we as a club ever been offered a share, for instance if Cas can get it for a £1. I thought it would be fair that we would have least have been given the option for half share for 50p.
Not that I would want to go, but it would have been nice to have been offered that.

Could we outbid them? Offer £2 and have it diverted to Newmarket?

| The best option if it came to this would be each club owned 33% and a community trust owned 34%

Having thought about it a bit more, what about Fev?
33p from each club and the community trust 1p just so we can dress it up as a community stadium.
Then again Jinjers idea of a £2 offer is good ,I would be happy to chip a bit in myself towards that.

| Get a third share for 33p then sell it to Cas for £3.3m. That would purchase some land for a new stadium.

We've got the land we need, we've even got planning permission, what we. We need is £10M to build a stadium

Not entirely true, the land which is earmarked for stadium development at Newmarket is still owned by a farming family as far as I am aware. People are presuming that Yorkcourt have a purchase option on it but I don't think anyone is party to the exact details. The owners could be just a fed up with all this as we are and turn around and tell Yorkcourt to stuff it.
Look I don't know the full facts but to say the land is already there is not a certain as some people may think. While ever that land is owned by a third party then the way all this is going it still could be problematic.

| What a pity. A 50P investment to gain a 50% share in a £10M stadium may well have been worth the financial risk. Not to play there of course, but nevertheless a beneficial asset which may be of some future use.

Absolutely, we could then in a Ted sort of way, borrow against the ground putting the ground up as collateral, renage on the payments, the bank take half of the stadium back, the ground then wouldn't be up to SL standards! Job done.
