A great crowd to start the season, with plenty for Hull.
We need to get across to Huddersfield in good number, a week on Friday and help the boys get the first "W" of the season.

It was announced just prior to the end of the game. Had it not been such a dreadful day weatherwise we could have topped
8,000.

Not bad at all, I'd say there were about 2 - 2.5k Hull fans so that means around 4.5k Wakey fans. Rubbish weather probably put a lot of people off like you say. Hopefully that performance will keep people coming

Much as I hate to say it but I think it's on record somewhere that hull sold nearly 4000 so your way off I'm afraid.

The current capacity is only around 7700

Pretty sure that somone on here quoted MC as saying 2,007 tickets had been sold to Hull.
Should be relatively easy to work out, how many does the West terrace hold, they had 99% of that.

It was around 2,700 away supporters Im sure MC put that on twitter.

Definitely not 4000 Hull, but a great turn out on a dreadful day. Hats off to each and every one of them.

Could have read 7029 because two of us who are season ticket holders could not get to the game and didn't have enough notice that I could have passed them on to family so the money is in the coffers already.

I read it on the hull forum so I should have known it was exaggerated

The western terrace only holds a couple of thousand and that wasn't as full as it has been in the past, add on a few hundred for seating and it won't be far off 2.5k Hull fans

They sold over 3000 tickets in Hull, plus walk up's.
Maybe they were dispersed in other places as well, definitely some in the North Stand and probably some in the "main" stand.
If we can get 2 points at Shudds and/or at Saints, it will be interesting to see how many we get for the Salford game.
Huddersfield is a huge game for us.
We want to post a "W" sooner rather than later and Saints will be very, very tough to get a win so we will need every Trinity fan possible for our next home game and hope that we can start to make progress up the league table.
