I now know you have no idea whatsoever about the ability of a Half. I agree he is moronic, but spent force ? really. The only reason he is not in the NRL is down to attitude not ability, which has loads. Look at some of his performances early last season for the Dragons, he was outstanding. I may not like him as a bloke, but at least I can see his ability. The NRL has many halfback playing nowhere near has good as him.

There was talk of the Aussie's like Dave Taylor and others taking the mick out of Catalan, seeing it as an easy party. Dave Taylor's new job in a hotel mentioned him having to face challenges in that job. It sounded like the Aussies there were just getting sloshed all the time. I wonder if Carney's injuries were due to conditioning and too much vino rather than him being crocked.

He wouldn't come to us, because we wouldn't pay him enough, and if we paid him what he wanted he would probably cause resentment in the squad because of it.
