It hasn't been good in the 'super 8's' but two of these (even three!) could be relegated this season and thank goodness it's not us!! All the money they spend more than us and what good has it done them?? The work starts again to make sure we aren't in there position again next year!

With my wife a Hull KR fan I really do hope they stay up.

Really enjoy the banter we have on match days and if they go down will miss the pattie butty before the game in east park.

Leigh will be concerned though about the points they shipped in the second half. Not the first time its happened in middle 8s.

For us to avoid it think we do need to improve on tbe squad.

Maybe we will be a bit more aclimatised to the longer training schedules next year and might not be as jaded in the final quarter

Could be interesting if Salford and KR are in the MPG, now that Sheens has been unveiled as KR coach for next year

Salford - are unravelling already and when Dr K walks they will go into freefall.

Hull KR - look to planning ahead and their last game could be very important.

Would we give the loyal Scruton a get out of jail card?

As CC has known about Scruton moving on he will have had plenty of time to find a replacement.



On the radio on Friday night CC mentioned that there would probably (now definite) be at least one SL team dropping into the championship therefore some players would be available. He also said he was aiming for more quality rather than quantity.

We know that Powell signed a bundle of quality from London the other year but CC might be try to do similar with whoever goes down.

Difference is CC is nowhere near Powell.

I reckon Salford will get 3rd as they play all the bottom clubs, with Rovers at home to Giants.

Huddersfield for me. They only kept themselves in Super League by that sham of a merger with Sheffield Eagles. Never liked them or their niggling style of play.

Hed be ok but would rather we try to get Williams. O Brien would be worth a punt. Cover at both half and full back.

Should Huddersfield go down would maybe take Cudjoe or Murphy and if Hull KR would take Kelly, Lunt or maybe Mantelato.

We need to steer clear of Albert Kelly. We can't afford a maverick who turns it on every now and again and is a disruptive influence

When he turns up though he wins matches he's a class above. If Chester can get him to turn up more than not and try to regulate his time on Westgate I'd love him at Trin.

Wouldn't touch Murphy gone backwards massively this season and too slow.

Most of Hudds players have been cack. If they do go down, I'd go for Murphy and Huby.

Murphy looked one of the worst on the pitch yesterday. Huby will probably scuttle back to Cas, with his tail between his legs, and beg for some of Powel's turd polish on his back.

If Salford go down, Dobson will probably go back to KR.
Would take O'Brien and Lui but seeing as Sheens brought Lui over, he will also end up at KR.
Nial Evalds always looks class, would trade Murdock-Masala for A.Tupou and take Kopzak.
If it's Shudds, Cudjoe has to be in line, Murphy and Ta'ai.
If it's KR, who knows?

Kopzak and Murphy are the two stand outs for me.
