Excellent signing, might just quell some of the doubters

Really happy with this signing hoping for big things from him

I'm not sure where he will play in the back row.
He plays second row normally so would run down a left channel linking with the centre but I'm not sure whether he can play with a free flowing loose forward role.

Ali was an out and out wide running second rower and was great at it so no point making this guy a 13 if he is a 12.
But we are stocked with SR with Kirmond, Molloy and Ashurst and I we are not using our best resources if we drop one of these to play someone else at 13 who isn't as good.

Nice problem to have.

We saw how devastating good line runners are these days yesterday during the England game. This guy is one of the best at that role in the world.
This is probably the most exciting signing since Solomona!

Do signings actually improve season ticket sales to anyone other than the people who normally buy one anyway.
Its a great addition to the playing rota but I honestly think the club will see an increase in gates with solid team performances and a winning side.
Its just the sort of signing I was hoping for and im sure we will see a much improved Wakey side taking the field next season .Topou will be 100% committed to the cause and his attitude will be a crowd pleaser. A B S type of player if ever their was one.

I am looking forward to seeing him in the red white and blue.

Add to this, a quality centre, and another quality half back, and the squad are shaping up nicely for next year.

Also the possibility of BS working with a rejuvenated and injury free Craig Hall, this would hep the cause if he plays anything like he is capable of.

I would make him captain, at last we have a leader on the pitch, a player who not only leads by example but does not sulk, will get stuck into players who are feeling sorry for themselves, will never allow the team to give up.

Really pleased with this signing, the best so far. as already mentioned a great leader, just what we need. I'm sure he wont be the last big name.

I don't think he has captained any of the other teams he has played in.
A good player doesn't always make a good captain.
