I don't think he is quick enough passing the ball from the ruck. He doesn't seem to do it in one move if you know what I mean. Everything else is fine though. Good squad player and trys his best.

Good player who never let's the club down when he gets a rare opportunity. I reckon he's had about 10 full games in the last three years. He had a decent game yesterday and played his part in steadying the ship before his injury.

He was also only one of two who chased back for the McGillvary brake, effectively saving two points for his team. We, the club and supporters, are too quick to write off home grown players than moan when they look elsewhere for game time.

As a 3rd choice hooker, i think he is more than capable. The time will come pretty soon i would imagine where Matty has to decide if he is happy with that or if he wants to drop down a bit and play week in week out?

Thought he was decent yesterday and every bit as effective as McShane to be honest. I'd be more than happy if he stayed as back up to Godinet & McShane next year but it might be better for him to move on and play week in week out in the championship.
