Getting better by the match. Good defender..which has been a huge problem for us out wide for years

Got right into Ah Van, he got up complaing after every tackle, with a bloody lip as well - old fashioned rugby

The most pleasing part was at the end when they were looking for somebody to take the ball up when nobody else wanted it, he was in there three or four times asking for the ball..

Owen getting better who would have thought it .

He has done well for us in the past few games and I would hope we can keep him if the price is right. I like the way he runs the ball in with pace and power and I like the fact that he has a bit of niggle in his game.

For the first time in an awful long time we have 2 wingers in Owen and Riley who look good defensivley.

wasn't convinced at first but he really did graft hard last night and feel he can finish too if given a chance, keep it up mr owen

As a Cas fan I was bewildered when we let him go for the season, he played well for us in the games he got a chance in. Well done last night, I'm cream crackered because of WTW, I taped the match an popped it on about 11 last night thinking I would just watch the first half , but ended up watching the whole thing. It was a great match for the neutral.

When I was at the game last night id of thought it would of been a boring game for the neutrals but i was very pleased with our defensive effort. Owen played well last night and hope he keeps it up.

I thought he managed to not score that try, other than that he's played well recently, and that doesn't come easily for me.

Apart from one lazy chase to retrieve a kick, he looked really good; another player who has improved markedly in recent weeks.

On this form, I can't see anyone being unhappy if he secured a permanent spot on the wing for 2015.
