Folk must have put weight on since last season as the place seemed pretty full, apart from chav corner and some of the terracing under the East Stand.
Last season the attendance would have been given at almost 8000 for that ???

I agree it looked busy. I have been given a question mark over one of our entrances that I will be investigating this week. This fraud control is bloody hard work.

Its quite easy when you have a decent stadium just one of the many problems of being in the Belle Vue slum

Having just been to the spanking new A.J. Bell Stadium at Salford I can tell you I am more than pleased to return to the old lady that is Wheldon Road.

After queuing for a ticket to gain entrance then having to queue to actually enter, we were unable to stand with the Cas fans as the North Stand was Rammed.

We were surreptitiously seated in the corner of the main stand so that no one else would want he same privilege (????).

To gain egress from the car park, in the words of the immortal Mick Morgan ....." I can't spake".......It was easier for
Steve McQueen et al to get out of Stalag Luft III than to get out of the car park, then the Highway To Hell that was the M60.

I would suggest that the developers of your and our proposed stadia carefully address the problem of fans access/egress, and implore them NOT to use this ridiculous ticket access to the stands system.
Needless to say I will NOT be attending another match at Salford v's Cas unless I can be teleported there and back

Why do they not let cars out at the end. Is it so those on foot can leave safely.

Yes, exactly that. Speaking to a Salford supporter when we were there first match. They make cars in the car park wait 20 min to get pedestrians away.

We parked at the airport just up the road and sailed out with no problems at all. I personally would not entertain the on site car park for that very reason, it's notorious.

It's alright if you don't want to wait just run over one of the stewards like a Cas fan did yesterday.

Never understand why people who park right next to a stadium then moan about it taking ages to get out its obvious isn't it, as for letting walk away public out before cars are allowed out that's normal safety procedure for out of town stadia no doubt it will be the same for NM. Hope they find the culprit for doing that to a young girl just doing her job, name shame and prosecute

No excuse for Mad Max antics in the car park, but getting in and out at Salford is a bleedin' nightmare; Dr MarwanK should focus his energies there perhaps, rather than blowing hot air about golden tickets and salary caps.

We'd never get 10,000 in Belle Vue if there were only 5087 there yesterday. It looked more like 7087.
