It's been announced that Ben is on his way back to Oz at the end of the season.
Although he didn't have a spectaculor second spell with us, he was an excellent
servant of Trinity.

Sounds like Miners in Australia get paid well if he can keep the same income as a full time professional? Looking on web it says they start on about £38k and can get paid up to £83k.

Bit of an underacheiver on the whole for me - should have been better than he was for us in my opinion. Went missing too many times and only appeared to do the business when he fancied it, and sadly that wasn't as regularly as it should have been giving the talent that he had.

I think he has shown this season for Bradford what he is capable of (other than this weekend) so has to go down as wasted talent for me.

I tend to side with that arguement. 'Flattered to decieve' far too often for his (rumoured) wages.

I also agree with this. Such a frustrating player.

I'd tend to agree - one of those frustrating players with bags of talent, which he only deployed on a selective basis.

That said, best of luck to him back in Oz.

All this time working in a big hole in Bradford will have come in handy then, when he goes back home.

No, Hes taking over his Dads butchers business, not sure if he will be playing part time aswell though like Ben is.

Ben will be going back to working in the Mines offices a job he did in a previous life. Sam, Semi & Snithcy will all be playing under JD , along with Korki all have been great ambassadors of the game over here and served Wakefield Trinity Wildcats well.
