As title suggests Ali signs a 1 yr extension on top of his existing 2yr deal taking him to end of 2014 season.

Surprised me with his fitness this year.

Good to see, he has been great when available this year. I didn't appreciate how good he was when at Leeds, just hope he can be as effective on the next 2 seasons.

Its a big gamble, lets hope it pays off.

The disruption he causes to the opposition when he's on the field is immense. I hope he can play out his contract. This is the standard of player you need to move up the table.

Brilliant news and an awesome player to have around for another 2 years, the guy sure has earned it.

He has had a much bigger impact since we stopped trying to get 80 minutes out of him! Worth another year for me and hopefully puts the Solo rumours to bed as I can't cope with 2 players off loading in their own 20!

Bit surprised seeing how he was under contract for next season anyway but happy that he'll be with til the end of his career, just hope he stays fit . Top player and top bloke.

, I think in the last year of his contract he will be coming on for 15 spells to give the team a boost, I should think we should have some own grown talent busting a gut to take his place by then, a nice piece of work by the club..

Great bit of business - when we use him properly, he's devastating; he's massive, strong and a very clever footballer - he's so unpredictable that he attracts 2-3 defenders every time he's on the ball. His try against London was one of the highlights of the season for me - carried 2 defenders with him, shrugged them off then bulldozed straight over the top of Luke Dorn to touch down. Awesome.

A top man, very experienced and by all accounts, an extremely positive influence on and off the field.

Get in there nice one Ali keeping defenders thinking a steam roller has just gone over them.

I don't think it's that much of a gamble. Right now we are getting nearly 70 mins of rugby out of him. Thats a lot more then I thought, I persumed he was going to play as an impact player, possibly 40/50 mins a game. Even if he does slow down over the next 2 years I'm sure he will still be up to been a very effective impact player.
