| Glad to see Amor back in.
Get Southern back in the 2nd row and lets hope that all 17 get some decent game time.
Thought Ellis would be straight in if there was a doubt over Aiton

| to be honest i agree with wrencat1873, ellis will be costing a fair few quid, so if we're not going to use him, we should consider why we're keeping him!

| Wildie should be playing. He should be our first choice hooker. He has been fantastic in the under 20`s and deserves a place in the first team, whats the point of the reserves if not to pressure the coach to pick in form players . Aiton has been poor at hooker ( good at back row ) Wood is only trusted with about 20 mins game time and is not a patch on Wildie. Ellis is of the radar. What more does Wildie have to do. It seems that the starting 17 that have managed 1 win from 5 get selected no matter what. I presume that Collis is in the squad because he is now fit and will kick goals.

| Token gesture's for Trout & Walshaw or will Agar play then for more than 5 minutes when the games gone and no one is trying?

| So if Aiton fails fitness test, Wood will be playing the whole game?
Seems odd not to select Wildie/Ellis in the squad to cover if Aiton fails test.
Squad selection already seems to be taking shape in that Agars has his favoured 17 and nothing but injuries will change that............wholly dissapointing.
Whats the chances of Trout or Walshaw getting on the pitch for a token few minutes??

| Why risk Aiton in this one anyway? Perfect chance for Ellis to show what he can do, makes no sense. One minute Agar is moaning about our squad men not getting enough game time then when theres a chance to play them he opts for players who haven't trained all week. Still we knew what we was getting when we set him on, lets hope he is proved right.

| I just can’t help but shake my head with that selection. I just can’t understand why a losing teams can remained unchanged (bar injuries), especially when you have other players chomping at the heals to get a game. Wilde did well last season in a poor team, I have my doubts he’ll ever get a look on this season. Considering Aiton is unlikely to play it looks very strange that another pivot isn’t in the squad. I suppose we can only hope that Agar knows what he’s doing.

Bang on. We have loads of cover at Hooker why even bother just give the bloke a rest to get it right and come back firing 100% for Les cats.
Same for Collis, he's not been right since Widnes, shouldn't even have played last week. We have cover rest him.
Makes you really wonder if 10,000 Hull fans were right.

Because in the coaches opinion, the losing team was still better than the players below them.
I'm happy to keep going.

| Also, if Aiton is in the squad and fails a fitness test he is allowed to bring another player into the 19.
If you start with Ellis and Aiton passes his fitness test you can't change your mind.

After watching the last few"dull"performances, strange selections and a general lack of passion,im inclined to believe the Hull supporters were correct and weve made one almighty c0ck up by giving him a three year deal.

| Agar has gone on record saying he is going to maintain a settled side in the meantime to allow the players as much time as possible to get an understanding, which is understandable, however naming someone with a question mark over their fitness in a position where the club have an abundance of options is a weird one.

Aiton is a fantastic player, but he stifles our game from hooker and our best work (and his) is done when released from those shackles!

| I just hope Southern is back in second row so we get an accurate picture of what he can do in his favoured position. He admitted a lack of form on Yorkshire Radio the other night when thinking about the Exiles (no chance on what I've seen so far).
Hope Ellis gets a chance and brought in after Aiton fails fitness. Mellars continues despite his poor form and still no recognised kicker even from reserves?....
Welcome back Kyle!!

For me thats not good enough, i like Aiton but if he's not 100% and he can't be then why not bring in Ellis if fit or give Wildie the run he's earned before he gets fed up with not getting a look in.
Aitons not the be all and end all of WTW.
