Now the club has at last got a marketing team with a bit of an idea, I'm thinking of revenue streams to bring in a steady money throughout the season, with over 2500 fans securing a ticket for 2012, maybe the club should be looking at 2012 and beyond, we have a 3 year lisence and we maybe ought to introuduce a plan to purchase season tickets for 2013/14 with monthly savings plans with the club giving incentives to be spent in the club shop, maybe saving £20 a month 12x £ 20- £240 with the club putting in £20-30 in club vouchers and a guaranteed seaon pass for 2013, maybe structured plans could be put in place, this will help fans to pay a little and also provide the club with funds, any other ideas ?

Said it before, classic match DVDs available in the shop. Have them on a hard drive and burnt off when required. No stock needs to be held bar blank DVDs and cases. Easy.

As an aside, and something else which could be in the shop, what happens to all the unsold programmes after a match?

If/when the stadium gets through the PI in March, I'd like to see an offer on next year's season ticket where, if you buy a 2013 ticket, you get a free upgrade on a season ticket for the first season at Newmarket.

Hi everyone!
Another newbie here, thought it was about time I posted something as I've been viewing this forum for quite some time and just been waiting for an opportunity. I always like the idea of fundraising and when it involves the team I love most of all then I'm all for giving my ideas and services. As I'm in the entertainment industry with regards to DJ'ing and Quizzing, maybe we could organise some regular 'Theme Nights' ie 60s, 70's or 80s nights etc... maybe to the tune of Dinner Dances with an RL Quiz thrown in or even a monthly RL Quiz and invite teams from other areas to come along. Just an idea I've had for a while, all monies raised for entrance fees etc.. goes into the club coffers.
It might take some initial organising but once off the ground something like this is likely to grow. I am able to do everything regarding the presenting, Quizzing and DJ'ing etc, it's just the venue and advertising initially then away we go.
