Saw the TV advert today for the 1st time, and there were handing out flyers in the Ridings centre, let's hope the final push takes us to the magic 2,500 mark, it never said on the TV advert about the price reverse if we do not reach 2,500 sales, although all the fans know, someone who does not visit the website or forums may get a shock come next month if we don't achieve the target, Not exacly what it says on the tin Eh !!

Wont go down well with trading standards should the 2500 not be sold and no mention on add should some one complain if charged £175

I should think when the club takes the order for season ticket they will be told that if it does not reach 2500, they will after pay a extra £75 pounds, but with a bit of hard wrok from the club and fans we should reach it...

I don't know what all the fuss is about. We'll either sell 2,500 tickets and you will get your ST's for £100 or we wont reach the target and you'll still get your ST's (if you've already committed) for £100.

There is no way on earth the Club is going to risk a PR and financial disaster by asking for an extra £75 and risking hundereds asking for their money back.

If youv'e bought a ST within the deadline I'm sure you will be given one without any additional payment.

To be honest even if we don't hit the target then we will be that close that it doesn't matter. The club will have set the target slightly higher than it needed to be for that very scenario. Saying that we should be hitting it easily really.

If we are short or not I suspect the offer will extended for a further month.

Yes pretty much how I see it, if by some chance we end 100 short on the day , they'll say we've reached the goal anyway, wouldn't be worth the hassle and the job's been done as far as getting cash in early and plenty of it.

I thought exactly the same, no way are the club going to risk a PR disaster, I am confident we will reach the 2.5k Mark and if we a few short it will be either extended or we will say "we've done it" TBH what's our average season ticket sales by end of Sept ? around 500 so to achieve around 2-2,500 is a marketing winner for everyone !!
