I quite like the odd Friday night game - good excuse to go without the nippers for once and sneak off for a few scoops afterwards.

Bad move for us

I live near Hull and my fiancee is an FC fan so I go as company for her on Friday nights. Just bought her a Wakey season ticket for next year so that's messed up now

FC have blown my gate money and cost Wakey attendance from my other half. If it gets FC's gates up then all the better for them. However Pearson should listen to the FC fans on the ground, they don't go because of Agar, rather than Friday nights.

Not bothered either way but when visiting grounds for away games I prefer Sundays than going on the M62 on a Friday night.

I am sure AG etal will get around to 'doing a survey' once we have found a coach, stand off, prop and winger.

I do prefer Friday nights for away games. It means I have a Sunday free for other interests every fortnight.

Agree with Mr Bliss on this one.
Apart from local derbies its a stretch to make away games on a Friday night, especially over the hill.
Hull is a little easier, but better on Sundays.

Like to have a Sunday afternoon free every now and then throughout the season, so a mixture of Fri nights, Sat.and Sunday afternoons would be perfect for me and the family.

I think the diversity of views on this thread demonstrates that a change to one or t'other would leave some people far from gruntled, myself included.

Sunday is game day, without a doubt (though the days of strippers in the Alex', 3pm pub closures and then the 3.30KO are a distant memory).

I do love a game under lights though, especially when followed by a few beers with good company, so a largely Sunday fixture list, with a smattering of Friday/Saturday for variety is good.
