been crytical of him in the past, but he is reliable enough and there doesnt (on the face of it) appear to be any other alternatives out there - plus he is british. If he was an import he would be down the road with Korki, hendo, Tony et al but this saves him for me.

I have tried keep it within the realms of possiblity, as I dont buy for one minute the line we can spend the full cap should we require.

This Tongia bloke the club have signed is a FB I believe so perhaps Blaymire, a solid if unspectacular player, will have some competition.

I'd be happy with somet along those lines for sure. I've always wanted to sign Fakir but not sure whether or not he is too injury and penalty prone.

My worry (to get back to pessimism) is who advises Glover? He's admitted to having very little previous knowledge of the game and while i'm less concerned about him on the business side I worry that he has no one to help him make the right decisions re: the coach and the playing staff etc: For instance who is to advise him that Kear is or isn't the right man to take us forward from here?

Whoever they are let them go,not many this year I would keep. First job is to sort out the coaching situation then go from there.But is great to go for players we want rather than the only ones we can get

i think they should be allowed to leave now. start afresh sooner rather than later, save wage bill and give more youngsters a few games to finish. its not like you have to wrry about over playing them with 5 games left

lets be fair there is going to be a big turn around in players in the off season and it gives us the chance to rebuild and get rid of a lot of dead wood and players that are not up to the job! there a few young players i would like to see stay as long as they have not signed for other clubs.

matt blaymire: as much as i think he's a solid full back think it could be time for a change.
Aaron Murphy:got to keep him if he's not signed for another club hopefully not.
Luke George: got to keep him
Michael Korkidas: as much as i like him think it could be time for korki to go
Julien Rinaldi: he's done a good job this year but think we can get better so get rid
Paul King: yes his fitness is questionable but i would keep him when fit very good prop
Kevin Henderson: time for him to go, should of gone a few years back but got to go now.
Glenn Morrison: got to keep him
Tommy Lee: got to get rid
Motu Tony: got to get rid
Jeremy Smith: got to get rid
Paul Johnson: i would keep him was good first half of the season
Chris Dean: would keep him as he can play centre and second row

i no a lot of people will disagree with some of this but just what i think, just see this now as a time to get some dead wood out the club and lets start to build a team to be fighting for the play offs every year!! maybe we not go the same money but think we got to look at teams like warrington and try and emulate them!!!
