Some of our slow and unfortunate cousins from across t'common are showing their lack of class and small town mentality of late.
I say again - they should end up relegated and playing out of NM, eventually to be absorbed into the Trinity brand; if things remain as they are, they'll continue to stunt our growth.

The news maybe old but the sale is brand new news dated by the company for sale as June 2011 with the club currently paying £100,000 rent per year but up in December, it shows the housing plans etc. The notice can be downloaded to have a look at.

They are sale particulars for Belle Vue produced by an agent acting for the owner - nothing unusual in that. The owner currently has a tenant paying £100,000 pa in rent. The lease expires in December 2011 but if the lease was covered by the Landlord & Tenant Act the tenant has the right to renew.
The land will be sold with us as tenants and the purchaser will purchase in the knowledge that he has someone paying him at least £100,000 pa until Newmarket is built (that will remove the playing field condition) and the housing market improves.
Not a problem.
