| I couldn't make last nights meeting so could someone explain why the 'away' end gets covered (A on plan) whilst only half where the Trinity Faithful stand (B on plan) is covered.
Would Leeds have half the south stand not covered whilst their away end covered????

| Because we don't officially have an 'away' end, and that is the easiest place to put a roof that covers sufficient numbers to get us somewhere near the target.
Once the roof is on we can work on making it our 'home' end and get all our fans together under it.

| Very sad to lose that view but I accept it needs to be done, it would be nice to have a roof without the need for the pillars but if it is only for 2 years then it can't be worth the expense.

Elston did say in the second meeting that they had received word yesterday that they now had funding in place to cover the whole of the western terrace even though the image doesn't show that. He added that this was something that is included in the plans that the architects are drawing up.

| What wasn't said last night and I don't know hence why I'm asking is PP needed to do this work because it wasn't said that the stands were temporary or if it was I missed it.
If PP is needed then we are cutting it a bit fine to get it resolved before July 26.

The terracing rises at such a narrow angle that more than 10 rows back you can't see the deadball line and by half way up you're miles from the pitch with no chance of seeing any in-goal action. It's gonna take one hell of a roof to cover it.

Good point, baring in mind i think the idea is to start with new concrete, a steeper gradiant and higher step may be in order.

I thought it had been given the go-ahead, but I could be wrong; it would of course be criminal to impinge on the leafy idyll that is Agbrigg.
Either way - is it even possible that AG and his team would 'forget' the small matter of planning? I very much doubt that, so for now I'll assume that it's been dealt with, one way or the other. I am sure that details will follow.

Planning permission expires, so if it was more than 3/5 years ago it would need another application.
