Unfortunately i am still the owner of a home and away shirt that are far too small for me, obviously with the financial problems it was going to be difficult to order new stock so i could replace mine, but i would hope this gets sorted soon.

Does anyone "in the know" have any idea if we are going to get some decent size shirts into the shop - last week when i went in there was another supporter wanting to buy one who got turned away.

I'm not an "in the know" person, but I asked when I was in on Saturday and they said they should be getting some in the next couple of weeks.

ive phoned and the young lady took my details about 2 weeks back. she has phoned me once a week apologising that the "supersize" sirts hhadnt been ssent and she was just updating me. am sorry but for me that is a massive thumbs up to the shop

I guess my frustaration is that i've been told since christmas "in the next week or so" - not that this is the fault of the new regime.

It would just be nice to get this sorted now and i do think we are missing the boat on sales, because if we get a few more weeks down the line people will say i'll wait for next seasons shirt....

You would think that people would allow the new regime to get through the door before they start making judgemnets. No shirts on order since christmas is surely the fault of the previous regime.

i think they were ordered just Macron wouldnt send them because of financial difficulties

That was the standard answer to any question about new stock, from the old regime. Things have changed the store is operated professionally now. We now have people who realise that the customer is the person that pays the wages and should be treated accordingly.

i was in the shop saturday and was impressed by what i saw.

Me too - the goods on display certainly were aesthetically pleasing.

Another three weeks passes and still no progress...will give in and see if i can swap my shirts for anything else. Think the club have probably decided not to buy any more tops and just can't be bothered to tell anyone (i was on a long list of telephone numbers they took - old regime and new).

Been in club shop today and was told they had been assured they were on their way.
