In amongst all the relevant posts and topics regarding our current plight, could someone give me clarification on the current situation as of Friday last.
1873 stated that they had come to an agreement with the Administators in order to acquire WT Ltd (see the official website press release).
O'Hara state that they have come to an agreement (on behalf of the creditors as they don't work in isolation) with 1873 regarding the sale of WT Ltd. The Administrators stated that it just had to be ratified by the RFL at their meeting 'early next week' ie this week. (content from the O'Hara newsletter).
Why are we now selling players, and rumoured to be selling more, if the creditors were satisfied by giving the go ahead to O'Hara for the settlement?
Also, if as stated by both 1873 and the Administrator, we were just waiting for formal ratification of a verbal agreement by the RFL regarding 1873 personnel being 'fit and proper' wasn't it given in writing to the Administrator prior to the 'agreement ' between 1873 and the Administrator being made (what if the buying party had not been fit and proper, we would have had to shake a six and start again.) A final point, if we are just waiting for the formal signing of the 'fit and proper' document and Mr Glover stated on Friday on the radio that it could not be signed on the Friday as the RFL board were travelling to MM, why couldn't it have been signd in Cardiff and faxed to the Administrator? The RFL must have been very busy on their weekend away, I wonder who was paying for that then? Hmmmmm (me and thee)

From why I hear it is not the fault of 1873 this has been done behind his back. With this happening and the guts being ripped out of the club I can see the bid being retracted. Delaying tactics by the rfl on purpose if u ask me. Someone in the know should be doing some digging and making noises about this. I didn't fully believe in all the conspiracy theories but I am now really beginning to have major doubts. Bet the fat bstard Nigel wood is loving this along with the rest of his cronies. For what it's worth if spirit do still take over I hope they withdraw us from the league and we start afresh even if it's in ch1, disrupt the season and tell everyone why

Isn't it the job of the administrator to pay the debts .? Now if you thought they would just sell us off and the debts are wiped off is ludicrous, some posters on here have been putting rose tinted spectacles on I'm afraid.
