Apparently there is some good news coming for cas, but its all hush hush at the moment.

I can't coment on the ground funding bit but we are just being asked to buy the odd brick, not the whole club.

if the bod were relying on that money to keep the club afloat then they are an even worse bunch than reading this board suggests,there was always a real chance that nm would be sent to a public enquiry and the bod must have known without pp they wouldnt get the 350k they needed,the deal must of been on the table previous to the plans been called in.

what i can't understand is why Rodney Walker paid the tax money in the first place only for us to be further in the brown stuff anyway it doesn't make sense unless the board and Ted knew this was a possibility and didn't tell him.

Is there anyway online to find out as surely if this is the same tax that mr walker was paying the court case shouldn't be closed until they are paid in full...? Or is this another tax bill to pay..? Did we agree to pay this in full or in instalments and have we welched on this..? Who knows..?

I cannot believe this has actually been put out as part of the statement So can anybody say what was this "agreement" .

The precise details of the agreement are of little concern to me, what astounds me is that the BOD would work on the assumption that this money was coming in when they did the business plan.

Mind you nothing should suprise me with their past failings.
