Can somebody please tell me why the club shop (down at belle vue) isn't due to open untill the 4th on January when today, tomorrow and friday aren't bank holidays?



The reason i ask this is because the millenium 50% tickets are valid upto the 31st of december and the shop isn't due to open till the 4th of January.
Several people got season tickets for christmas thus not being able to purchase the millenium tickets before now.

Also the Leeds game is on the 1st, and we can't buy the tickets from the shop in town, so where are we supposed to get them from?

Just looked at the 50% voucher in my season ticket and it says it's for juniors only?

just buy them down there should imagine there will be a few spare.why should the local corner shop not have nearly 2 weeks off

Yes, we have checked with the shop before hand (due to parents gettin them before christmas) and the staff in the shop said they were fine to use to purchase adults too.

It is. But it doesn't sell tickets.

so I guess the brewery trip is cancelled again this year?

Unbelieveable especially when lots of folk will have their Xmas money burning holes in their pockets .I worked till 3 on Xmas Eve and back at work today depsite only being office & warehouse manager but as our 7 shops were all open 8.30 to 6 today then all the staff also had to be in Thats retail !

i worked from 4 in morning xmas eve till 8pm xmas day and had to pay boss for honour of doing it, went back to my shoe box int middle o' road and slept on a pile of gravel, but you try telling that to the youth of today.

and as the jam once said

could we have the shop open with an honest box so that we could serve our selves

Heard the shop in the city centre was only open over the Christmas period then it was going to shut.

The city centre shop is a very good idea but it should not be at the expense of the shop at the ground espescially if they are only able to sell tickets at the ground.

I personally prefer to go to the one at the ground because there is free parking and also it is less than 10 minits from my house.

But for everyone who doesn't live 10 minutes from Belle Vue, or would never pass Belle Vue when shopping, the city centre location is perfect, should the costs allow it to be profitable. Much more passing trade than from that junk shop and the adult one on Donny Road.

As i said before...a relative of mine went into the city centre shop for car sticker...surprise surprise they didnt have any !!! and she was told the shop was only open for the xmas period.

Lots of companies have taken Dec 24th till Jan 4th as holiday. It's great!
