I think the city as a whole (5 towns included) need to adopt our motto of "Together we are stronger".
We're the 11th biggest city in the UK, if we pull together there's no limit of what we can do, if we remain how we have been over the last decade we will be another suburb of Leeds in another 10 years.

Well said. Theres been a few times in the past when ive told people im from Wakefield and there reply was "what where the prison is?." not the best thing to be known for!. Hopefully things are changing.
