Macron are the biggest company we have had making our kit in my opinion. We should expect some decent stuff and it to arrive on time from a company of their size. A good move by the club to get an internationally renowned company on board.

i went in to the store on saturday and have to say the new stuff looks very nice the wife bought one of the new jackets, im going back next week to have a look at the hoodies if they are as good a quality as the wifes top i will be purchasing one.

They grey tops look good. I want one of those.

Don't want to be mr . negative in what's been a great weekend in the clubs history , but in many ways it's as if nowts changed - new stuff in the shop , but who knows about it unless they've called on the off chance !
For Christ sake will someone please get a grip in the marketing dept. of the club !!
We could be making so much more money if this was run properly instead of how it is now .

They have a lot of new stock to go out; since they are still putting it out now would not be a good time to advertise new stock. They would have less time to get the new goods out for people to see, due to the fact they would be busy with customers. Once they get the stock ready in the shop it would be a good time to advertise it. It’s common sense really.

How long does it take to set up some new stock ? It's a portakabin not selfridges !
Advertise a Saturday when it's all come in , close the shop Friday , set it all out & then make a killing the next day .

You sound like someone who has never had to restock a shop with new items. It’s a lot more time consuming then you would think.

is the shop open on mondays?

When i was in the shop they had only had half the order delivered so why advertise when all the stock is not in. oh and regardless of how big the shop is it still takes more than a day to get it all sorted out! take it from someone whos worked in retail for 5 years

It's not poorly organised - it's just not how you would like it! I think you are being very harsh on the club on this one.

It would be great if the shop could shut for a week, then re-open with the new stock / display, but it just can't be.

Ha ha apologies but its 1 of the few things i have experience in!

All the stuff looked very good quality though and the ball and chain is very impressed with her top so all winners here!!!

Looks like the white arrows will be a feature of the shirt or is that one of Macron's motifs?

I think if there's a few new lines in just advertise a 'few new lines in!' we usually promote the shirt when only the away/home kit is available or certain sizes etc.

P.s are they still selling the king size duvet cheap?

i think all rugby league marketing when it comes to kits is pathetic, ours is almost every year, and most other clubs are dross aswell!

Why, I'd assume the contract with Pro Star is still running with stock to shift. Whilst the deal with Macron is yet to start
