In the Express today he is going to Crusaders. Hope this is true, as he is no attacking threat whatsoever. And with JJP lined up to fill the other centre spot, hopefully this will mean Murphy becomes our first choice full back.

I always thought Blaymire played well for you but i know there are alot on here do dont think much to him. Looks like you are having a hell of a clearout anyway.

He has another year on his contract but then again so did Blanch. I am not sure either way wheteher i want him to go or not. On one hand he is vey good under the high ball and solid defensivly but on the other hand he doesnt offer much in attack.

I think Murphy could make a very good fullback but i think his best posistion is in the centres and if he was playing at fullback we would miss him in the centres.

If Blaymire is to leave then maybe Hyde could play at fullback, although he didn't have the best of games against Saints he does look to have some talent and could be a good player if given game time in the first team.

Very true, the guy was awsome against Huddersfield the other day despite the fact he looks like a caveman.

Not over bothered either way about this one, solid and fairly reliable under the high ball but terribley slow and offers little in attack.

Murphy to FB must be the reason and for that reason I am happy enough.

I have just remembered that Salford have signed Luke Pattern so if Blaymire does go there i cant see him playing much. This is just another reason why i have my doubts about this.

Has been a very solid and reliable player for us. It's a pity really so many have jumped on his inadequacies as a kick returner as this will probably be the lasting memory. OK he wasn't the quickest but how much of that was down to the terrible way our back line has been organised.

On the wider point the undoubted positive that all these players are being shown the door is somewhat tempered for me by the apparant continuation with a head coach who has unfortunately proved he is too far of the pace in coaching a SL team and will be recruiting and organising their replacements!

I'd be happy if he stayed but he'd be there for cover.

I find it interesting that Menzies is still mean to be leaving Bradford, and we said we were interested, yet no one else has announced anything and others said they were interested too.
I'd be happy if we were saving the announcement of signings like this until 'other' issues were resolved.

Why should we be worried about players OOC or those that performed terribly leaving? If it was our influential players then maybe. If anything most fans will be over the moon!

Would be slightly worried about the lack of movement regarding players coming in however if I were a Trin fan. As much as all the stadiums etc are up in the air it does seems a lot of other clubs are recruiting.

No, but he's performed poor all year,he's got zero attacking ability and that is down to him being snail slow.

I'm personally disappointed he's going.

An ever reliable full back in my eyes... catches high ball, good positioning sense and goes into attacking line now & again (not enough) he is slow and runs sideways when returning the ball.... but he's been one of our better fullbacks of recent years.

We'll notice he's gone in Murphys in centre's or Injured ill tell you all that.

Yep not by me though... I even campaigned him for england honours at the end of last year... though I do recognise his forms been no where near that level this year.

And to be fair he hasn't been helped by his team mates. If Murphy switches to full back and performs consistently then we may in a strange way benefit from this possible change. However Blaymire's been decent for us overall in his time here and in no way do I hope that he leaves
