How much more do the directors n coaching staff think fans can take n still turn up?.Richardson skint,Kear lost dressing room or desire to be at club,fans on hear begging for some of our promising youngsters for a chance,then as if by magic gives hyde a run against saints n wildie against shudds?Bet there confidence is sky high now john,nowt like easing em in gently na lets put em in key positions.Lets hope we get a ground tho and all that is not just b*****it too.

You can't have it both ways though. Either we want the youngsters to get a run or we don't.
You can't criticise for not playing them and then criticise when we do.

Personally I'd rather we gave them game time now to see how good they are, seeing as this season is shot for us now.

The old theory was to stick them out on the wing when breaking them in, and I guess they couldn't do much worse than the wing/centre combos we have right now.

It's hard to see how good they are though, when they're running out with a beaten team; I felt sorry for Wildie yesterday - I'm sure he was up for it, but where were his role models and inspiration?

Exactly my point bren2k surely playin in a team that just chucks the towel in when we go behind can't be good if ur lookin for a bit of confidence or a compliment/support if u make a mistake in such a big game

What i'm struggling to understand is that Kear stated at the start of the season he was happy to go with a skinny squad because he was more than confident in the youngsters promoted into the first team. Granted he lost Newon replaced by Rinadli, Tronc replaced by Charlie and Cooke for Brough but why hasn't he used those promoted from the academy. What has changed between the start of the season and now that has made Kear lose faith in the young lads. He chose to have a small squad yet he has little if any faith in those he promoted

In this day and age wing is not a place you can hide. You are talking 1960s tactics.

You all don't see the problem, it is easy to blame the coaching staff and players even though they keep getting changed. It is time for the chairman and his cronies to move.

Brough was another case similar to Ellis - sell a player to make a buck.

The current chairman is on record saying he didn't think Gareth Ellis was a very good player! Yet he determines who comes and who stays and any coach who may disagree gets sacked. I would assume that JK hasn't disagreed yet hence he still has the job.

Fans of Wakey rise up and move the current "leaders" of the club on!
