We lose, Cas win, Owls relegated but then something to smile about.

We've just been through a massive dip in form and no small amount of turmoil in the club - yet we remain in the top 8 and I see nothing to suggest that we can't compete with the sides around us.

No recriminations required - but I do think it's now time for everyone to accept that we are in a battle for the 8, we have no given right to be there, that we are still Trinity and we still do well with what we have available!

There is nothing wrong at the club that can't be fixed - but the first thing to fix is that the club need all of us to be at BV for as many games as we can - with as many people as we can. People = revenue = money for players etc...

So come on, lets try and make a good atmosphere on the 14th of May and get our points tally ticking over once again!



Oh, and as a bonus, did anyone else get the feeling that Danny Brough has completely mucked up Huddersfields play? I'm not saying that Danny is a bad player, but why anyone would want to break up the Brown / Robinson combination is beyond me - and as a result I reckon the Giants were trying to rely on Danny's kicking game too much - and we know it doesn't always work!

But Drew was playing - everyone knows they can't play together

Cas were fortunate to be up against an absolutely inept Catalans side. That bloke Bell continues to push for the "Worst player in Super League" award.
Wonder if Catalans require a drop to the Championship to allow them to rebuild?

I'd like to see Cooke in the left 2nd row playing the Chris Chester or Andy Farell role constantly trying to put the centre or winger away.

Cooke= hasbin. get gone, cant kick, cant pass, cant tackle, cant play rugby!! And we wonder why KR dropped him every match

Some of you know of my sister who is a dedicated HKR fan. She always said to me when Cooke was on the field for HKR there was something not right and the team didn't gel or play well. I thought she was talking rubbish. I can now see her point. The team were totally different without him on Saturday. He's poison

he reminds me of an old car I bought many years ago, it was a good model but failed to keep running properly, it cost me an arm an a leg as I couldn't replace it at the time but in the end the MOT ran out and was too expensive to fix
