If Kirmond used to be a winger but has bulked up a bit, and everyone seems to be suggesting that Sean Gleeson could do with a kick up the ass, could Kirmond play at centre?
It seems that our back row has enough cover (JD, Fergie (who also in my opinion needs a kick up the ), Morro, Latu).

I can see where you are coming from in terms of our defensive weaknesses in the backs, but from what I remember seeing last year, he looks destined for the pack. Our back row might have enough cover in one sense, but neither JD or Latu is a true 13. Both may be willing, but JD has looked exposed their this season and Latu is still better at dummy half.

I think King should have played last night instead of Kirmond and Morre moved back to second row.

Our back three available to us would then be :

And on that related point I stand; JD's performances haven't merited his place this season.
