Hello all

as part of the every growing interest shown by kids nowadays in our sport the Scarborough pirates will be holding their now annual tournament . Stanley under 10s have been one of the lucky teams to accept an invitation to attend this and need to start raising funds. over the next couple of months they hope to be participating in a variety of fundraising activities and the above mentioned race night is one of them.

i know we have many many worthwhile causes posted on these fine boards but it would be a great way to get the lads together again .... AL, Baz , Snowie , Readie , Jacko ect and hopefully an auction will take place so if any one as anything knocking about or could contribute then this would be greatly appreciated.

we also see Outwood Vic take on rivals Braytontiger (cas pantehers) at this so it should be a great team building experience that may well teach the young ones some life skills that they may take with them forever.

absolutley chuffed you have decided to go,we have flown the flag alone for yorkshire for the past two years at our age group.the weekend away together for the kids has a huge influance on what they can achieve for the rest of the year.if anybody gets the chance to go and just watch its a well run festival with absolute bags of talent from all over the uk and is a must for any scouts.

also gives the parents a good excuse for a few beers together.
