| According to SuperLeague site playoffs will be:
1 v 4 Friday 8:00pm
2 v 3 Saturday 6:00pm
5 v 8 Saturday 8:00pm
6 v 7 Sunday 7:00pm
These are subject to ground availability but as Wigan Athletic are away next weekend their game shouldn't need to change, Leeds Carnegie are at home on Sunday afternoon so theirs shouldn't need to change either and I guess St Helens don't have anybody else using theirs.
Which means if Wigan lose tomorrow we will probably play Catalans next Saturday at 8:00pm, if they win we will probably play Cas' at 7:00pm on Sunday.
I feel that the run we are on at the moment means we have nothing to fear from either so would probably prefer to play Cas' as it would mean a sellout crowd and more money. What does anyone else think??

| actually at this stage short term money does not probably come in to it, wheras progression and long term investment does!
we are good enough and have the form players to beat either of cas and cats, and then raise the profile of the whole thing to huge levels to secure the ground and the whole clubs future.
the players need one more big win , and then we all need to raise the bar!

| All the takings are now pooled in the play-offs,so it does'nt really matter on that score.
Forget the sentiment, give me Catalans anyday.

We'll agree on that.
As a Wigan fan I'd rather play Cas than Catalan.
Their pack is monstrous.

| If the Catalans forwards are in the mood they'll just steam roll down the centre of the field.
Cas 4 me.

| Catalans for me if we are looking to win it. They have been inconsistent all season and don't look particularly well coached. Whilst the same could be said of Cas, I think the local rivalry makes the game that bit more unpredictable. I'm also not sure how together the Catalans squad is, and whether they are really up for a play-off series with the prospect of weeks away back and forth if they are to get anywhere. As I said to a mate last night, if someone could guarantee me a win now, I'd rather play Cas.
As far as the night goes, Sat sounds better for post-match purposes.

| Both sides can be dangerous. Catalan have a big set of forwards who can cause some damage and injuies. They also have players in Bosc, Mogg & Bird who can unlock defences but lack consistency and struggle away from home.
Castleford is always difficult due to the rivalry although i'd argue playing a Quins side who have self destructed & Celtics who are woeful is not good preperation coming into the play-offs. That said they are a good attacking side and in Chase have a match winner.
Tough either way, but i'm hopeful that we should beat either if we perform to our best
