When was the last time wakefield beat leeds at home in the league.

i seem to think it was around 1992?

a drop goal 17-16.

I have no idea why those seem to stick out but i just want to know if anyone can tell me the last time it was.

id like to no if we r playing sunday and not friday night like leeds want

Its down for sunday, but id be very surprised if we actually play on the sunday

can't remember was that the same mach andy wilson ran full length of the pitch with a groin injury to score in the last minute or so

not the last time though , the wednesday after we won the Yorkshire cup we beat a Leeds side captained by Andy Greggory winning with a Nigel wright drop goal.

yep . i cannot recall beating them at BV since , one thing for sure its the team we have never beat at home in a SL match

long over due got to be this year i want to win this game more than any other game i would be happy with a 50 0 loss to Cas if we could just beat Leeds

I remember that day well. I played for Uni on the wednesday afternoon, I had to come off with a dead leg. Team bus dropped me at Liverpool end of the 62 and I hitched a lift to Mirfield in a Pattersons food tanker. We only got to Mirfield at 9pm! thanks to a smash on the tops. I got out the waggon in Mirfield and fell flat on mi face. My dead leg turned out to be a broken leg - most of night in Pinders - 6am stopping train back to L'pool Thursday am.

That'll be a good story when the Leeds programme is due!
