May be signing Howarth on loan initially is possibly in preparation for next season as a cheap utility squad member....covering 9 or 13. If so its not that contentious and probably with a view to Godinet moving to 6 hopefully than him leaving the club.

Godinet is class. McShane is a donkey Championship player. I am aghast how we bring Godinet on as a bit part player and start the match with that cart horse at 9. At least tonight we kepy Godinet on for the greater part of the game but for Pity's sake I don't claim to be the Ferguson of RL coaching but you would have to be blind to not see how Godinet improves us. Agreed. It boggles the mind as to how some people rate McShane as one of the best hookers we've had when he is quite the opposite. Slow, lumbersome and overweight. Passes forward most of the time. Kicks out on the full most of the time. One can see why Leeds were eager to get rid.

Every time Godinet comes on the whole attack speeds up. His running from dummy half usually has defences unsure and he draws defenders. OK every now and again it doesn't work out but the same could be said of most creative players. Personally he's one player I would definitely keep.

There are very few players I would keep based on what we have seen to date.

Talk of Washbrook (Think he is OOC) coming back to Hull next season, not convinced he is what we need, how has he gone for you this year?

Been one of the better players, but that's not saying much. I'm not sure he's the standard if Hull are to make the top 8 on a regular basis.

Possibly having his best season for us. He has played a bit more in the second row and being wider out seems to have given him more impact in attack. Also covered hooker in an emergency and whilst he hasn't broken any pots doing it he has done a fill in job ok. Still gets through a mountain of work defensively, he'd be a handy pick up for you to give your squad depth.

I would expect him to be a cheap squad player, who would be used to cover injuries, a replacement and improvement on Howarth.

Godinet just going through motions exactly taking NZ to bits in a World Cup yet plays about 10% of that speed for us. He can do far better. Mcshane and Washbrook have been the only.ones tackling this year. Godinet another one stealing a wage!!

Sweet Jesus. Godinet has been playing what you say is 10% because he's only on the pitch for 10% of the time. Can't do much with limited game time. Whereas the fat plodder wearing the 9 shirt, has had much more game time and has failed to deliver. Wouldn't blame Godinet or Sammut for moving on.

Not player related, but we are looking Webster as assistant coach at Hull.

He's a good assistant.

Has been played at full back when 6 is probably his best position.

He'd add something to your attack for sure. Just leave the coaching of defence to someone else.

Our defence is excellent, our attack (Up the last month) has been appalling and that it why I would guess he has been brought in.

It's not my rumour list, it's from a poster who is very accurate.

I'm sure that Radford won't see Washbrook's signing the same the same as a fan, but that's how I see him fitted in and with the amount of injuries teams get he will still play plenty of games.

He is from Hull, getting towards the end of his career and maybe would prefer to playing a few games and winning them, then either getting beat all the time or playing in the championship, as I dont see that many SL teams seeing him as a regular starter.
