Just want a good performance .Will be happy if we defend our line well

Think it’s the best 17 we’ve put out for a while in terms of balance and players playing in their best positions...

Bookies are giving us 24 start so don’t fancy us...think we should cover that personally and make a good game of it...

Just praying we can come through a game without losing a couple to injury and the disruption that brings...

At the same time it’s a very young looking Wigan squad with quite a lot of late teens and early twenty somethings in it. Wigan have rotated their squad with 3 games in 8 days coming up including a derby with Sts and the CC semi final.

Big opportunity here to stop the rot but we need to get a performance out of our best line up for some time.

Looking at the team there is no excuse for not putting in a good performance. I’m not necessarily expecting a win but we should be giving them a good game and if we do then you never know.

Best looking 17 for a while in terms of balance and structure...first time in ages as CC said that we had an intense 13 v 13 in training...no injury disruptions through game and without question our best 40 minutes for a long, long time....coincidence?

Correct this is better dont see how we can win though we will tire out we are already struggeling to get out of our 40 and thats not ne slating cos the effort as been there apart from walker who really struggeling
